This month, the Don Valley trail race “Muddy Buddy” (7K) will take place, organized by our friends at Urban Trail Racing in partnership with Muddy York Brewery. You can run the race anytime you want between August 15th and 23rd. What’s even better is that it supports two groups dedicated to maintaining and improving Toronto green space: Toronto Region Conservation Foundation and Don’t Mess With The Don.
On August 15th, 16th, 22nd & 23rd, racers can pick up their race kits at Muddy York from 11 AM until 3PM. Each bib has a timing chip, which racers will use to “tap in” to start their loop. And if you do it while Muddy York is open you can take advantage of their great patio and beer selection. The race starts at Muddy York Brewery, and from there you go into Taylor Creek Park and make a loop in Coxwell Ravine Park. Not a runner?
