Paddle & Protest

No Jets on our Waterfront - July 26

In partnership with Environmental Defense

THIS SUNDAY! πŸŽ‰ Join us for a Paddle & Protest to say no to jets! 🚫✈️

Toronto's waterfront is under threat. The proposed expansion of the Toronto Island Airport would mean hundreds of commercial jets flying over our waterfront every day.

That means more noise. More pollution. More debilitating traffic downtown. And the loss of thousands of much-needed new homes.

The federal government β€” and its Toronto MPs β€” have the power to stop this. And they need to hear from ALL of us.

Join us this Sunday to say NO to jets and protect our waterfront!

Who’s it for

  • Ages 14+

  • Physically fit participants - are you able to paddle for an extended period on a hot day?
