Join Don't Mess With the Don, Curran Hall Community Association, Scarborough Zero Waste, and Toronto Nature Stewards to clean up a portion of Highland Creek in Scarborough.

Date: Sunday October 11th 10 am - 12 pm

Location: Morningside Park Picnic Area 1A (view on map here)

Registration starts at 9:45 AM. The clean up runs from 10 AM to 12 PM, with a chance to meet with local groups from 12-1 PM.

The goal of this cleanup is to remove litter from Highland Creek and surrounding ravines, preventing it from travelling into Lake Ontario, and to our oceans via the St Lawrence River.

Please bring sturdy foot wear, long pants, hat and a reusable water bottle. Gloves, tools, and garbage bags will be provided. Snacks and drinks will be served!

This event is volunteer-hours eligible.
